PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

By using Skin Sense GP Clinic, including this Website, you accept these terms and conditions in full, along with all other rules, policies and procedures that may be published by Skin Sense GP Clinic or given to you during appointments.

If you do not understand, accept and agree to these terms and conditions you should cancel any appopintment immediately.

Skin Sense GP Clinic is NOT to be used in an EMERGENCY situation

If you believe that you or the Person you are Assiting is in an urgent or emergency situation, you should immediately dial 999 or seek alternative emergency mediacal services

You should CALL 999 in a critical or life-threatening situation, such as if someone has:

• difficulty breathing
• severe bleeding and it can’t be stopped
• severe chest pain
• loss of consciousness
• acute confused states and fits which aren”™t stopping
• or if you believe someone is having a heart attack or stroke.

T&Cs

• We can issue no refund for any treatments or products once purchased
• We are a private clinic and all visits, treatments and products will have a rate of pay.
• All consultations should be paid in full at the end of the consultation, and the cost of this will be taken off of your treatment price if you choose to go ahead.
• We reserve the right to refuse service.
• We have zero tolerance towards violence or aggression towards our staff.
• Cancellations made less that 48 hours prior to appointment time may be subjected to a surcharge.
• Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice period will not be refunded.
• If you are late to your appointment, you may be required to wait for another appointment or reschedule for an alternative date.
• All payments must be made in full. We accept cash and card (no American Express). We do not accept cheques.
