Exfoliate! Heat and excessive sun exposure causes damage to the skin, meaning an increase of dead skin cells. To keep your skin healthy, smooth and silky, exfoliate to keep your summer glow.

Wear a hat. Protecting your head from excessive heat and sun exposure is vital in the summer months, too much sun = no more fun!
